Lodging on post is run by IHG Army Hotels which is located at Barnes & Kimball Halls as well as Will Hall.  Fort Riley On-Post housing is provided by Picerne Military Housing, although there is at times a Ft Riley housing office waiting list.  If traveling to Fort Riley and looking to reside in Manhattan, KS or Junction City there are plenty of house and apartment rentals within Military BAH Rates.

Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) & IHG Army Hotels


The Fort Riley IHG Army Hotel on post acts as the Visiting Officers Quarters (VOQ) or Basic Officers Quarters (BOQ) lodging facility which houses transient military members and their families who are interested in staying on base. Since lodging privatization, it is no longer required to obtain a statement or certificate of non-availability (SNA/CNA) to stay off post.  Travelers wanting to stay off base can choose from a selection of our TDY Lodging hotels.

Fort Riley Information
